  Excellent service from beginning to end. Someone badly damaged my new car and left the scene after having we had for only 12 days. My brokers we about as useless as you can get. Accident Exchange managed to obtain the CCTV where I had parked and literally did everything else keeping me informed along the way. The most inconvenience I had was dropping the car off foe repair. When it was ready it was returned to me by Exon who repaired the car. I would not hesitate to Accident Exchange again....hopefully I won't need to!

  IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORT IE WALK! DO THAT RATHER THAN GET THEIR "CREDIT" HIRE CAR!!!
  My partners car hit by neighbour while he was not in the car, took it to his local Honda garage who knew he had is OWN fully comp insurance that INCLUDED hire car yet THEY put him through to "ACCIDENT EXCHANGE " saying as it was not his fault he wouldn't have to pay a penny! advised to SIGN for car ,not knowing this was "CREDIT"hire, now third party will not pay their VERY over charged costs they are chasing my partner for costs! asking him to "assist" in recovering the costs, when now a vital question" YOU HAD NO OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORT"!!! Get a segway , bus, walk DO NOT USE THEIR HIRE
